1. Secure Payment Processing
ExamsTrail uses PCI-DSS Compliant payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) to process transactions securely. We do not store complete credit card or banking numbers on our servers.
2. Currency & Applicable Taxes
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. Applicable state or local sales taxes or VAT are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.
3. Failed Payments & Retries
If a recurring payment fails due to card expiration or insufficient funds, our billing system will attempt retries over a 7-day grace period. Continued non-payment will result in temporary suspension of premium features until billing details are updated.
